New Version of DSpace Statistics Add-On

A new version of the DSpace platform's Statistics Add-On has just been documented and packaged by the Reposit?riUM team at Minho University. The Statistics Add-On is responsible for the gathering, processing and presentation of access, content and administrative statistics generated by a DSpace repository. The purpose of the add-on was to promote repository self- or mediated-archiving by demonstrating the worldwide accessibility and usage of archived documents. In addition, the Reposit?riUM team wanted to provide usage, content and administrative statistics to community/collection coordinators. The Statistics Add-On has been in use on Reposit?riUM for two months.
